I was dying to see the exhibition of Mehmet Turgut, one of the best and talented photographers in Turkey, called “Rock’n Frame”. However, as I am working, I had no idea how to go there during the day. So I decided to skip it until yesterday which was the last day of the exhibit. Yesterday was such a boring working day for me, and I did not want to wear anything in the morning. So I wore one of my “I do not want to wear anything” dresses and went to work. At the end of the day, while I was about to leave the office, Lerzan and Fezan called me to ask me to go to see Rock’n Frame with them. I was too tired, but all of a sudden I said yes and found myself in the metro! Thank god girls called me and I went there. Such a cool exhibition, such cool photos and such an inspirational crowd! And also I got the chance to meet Mehmet Turgut, he is so funny :)

Türkiye’deki en iyi ve en yetenekli fotoğrafçılardan biri olan Mehmet Turgut’u ne kadar takdir ettiğimi daha önce sizlerle paylaşmıştım – yazı için tık tık . “Rock’n Frame” isimli sergisine gitmek ve çektiği harika fotoğrafları görmek çok istiyordum ama çalışan kızın dramı sağ olsun, gün içinde bunu nasıl gerçekleştireceğime dair hiç bir fikrim yoktu. Ben de kısmet diyip, gitmekten vazgeçmiştim, ta ki düne kadar. Dün benim için çok sıkıcı bir gündü aslında. Sabah da hiç istemeyerek uyandım ve resmen giyinesim gelmedi. Nitekim giyinmek istemediğim zamanlarda tercih ettiğim elbisemi üstüme geçirip, işe gittim el mahkum. Günün sonunda, tam ofisten çıkarken Lerzan ve Fezan arayarak sergiye gelip gelmeyeceğimi sordular. Aslında çok yorgundum ama bir anda bu teklifi kabul edip kendimi metroda buldum! Benim için şaşırtıcı bir adımdı! Tabii sergiyi gezince ne yorgunluk ne sıkıntı kaldı. Mükemmel fotoğraflar ve harika bir kalabalıktı. Ha bir de Mehmet Turgut’la tanışma şansına sahip oldum, çok komik biri :)
